The Leader I Am Today
A 90-minute workshop for leaders who want to pause and look at what they’re learning
It’s been a hard year to be a leader.
With social isolation at a peak, anxiety and disconnection sky-high and the structures of connection changing at warp speed around us, it can feel like we’re constantly trying to find our ground.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll use writing as a tool to pause, take a breath, and pay attention. Looking back over the last 18 months, what are the key moments that changed you? What are the stories you want to hold onto? How do you want to move forward?
We’ll work from lists, memories and metaphors to sift through what we know, see with new eyes, and step forward with greater intention and power.
Zero writing experience required, we’ll simply use language to guide our thoughts to the page where we can see them and be witnessed by others. There will be opportunities to share your writing, but zero pressure.
Since this is a pilot, we’ll leave 30 minutes for questions and feedback at the end.
