We believe in what happens when we put pen to paper, fingers to keyboard.
Fireside Community for Writers is an online gathering place where we come back to writing, over and over. We kindle our curiosity, light up our creative dreams, and move our words and stories out into the world, sentence by sentence.
It helps to write with others.
Even when we love writing, it can be really hard to sit down and do it. Without structure, inspiration, and community, it becomes the thing that waits, while other priorities fill our days.
There’s is always a way back to the page.
Fireside gives structure to our writing ache, and puts it on the calendar. A co-writing hour when your focus is scattered. A themed writing session when your imagination needs to go somewhere new. A conversation with people who understand how strange, challenging, and fantastic writing can feel.

Registration is open until September 14!
This is the last time we’ll open our doors this year. We bring in new members in January, May, and September and we take welcomes seriously. This is our time to greet new writers, host a big orientation session and mixer (both optional — don’t worry introverts!), and then hunker down til January to write, write, write.
$34/month or $345/year
We have five free spots each season for anyone who can’t afford to join us — apply here by September 10th.
If funds are a barrier and you don’t get a bursary, reach out, and we’ll lower the price, no questions asked.
