Thank you for your interest in The Big One writing workshop.

Before we get started, we want to go over a few key things.

  1. We're not judging you. We're not looking for the "best" applicants, or writers, or people. We're looking to create a group that has a lot of diversity in writing approaches and styles, and that has a certain inexplicable chemistry. We don't even know what that looks like just yet, but we're confident that we'll know when we see it.

  2. Don't forget that there are other Firefly workshops if this one doesn't work out. If you want to sign up for one of those in the meantime and this one does end up working out, we can transfer your deposit over.

  3. Thank you for being here! Just filling this out is a powerful act of commitment to your writing life. It means a lot to us that you want to do this work at Firefly, and we look forward to connecting.
