Meditations for Writers
Welcome to a gentle little experiment.

Chris here. I’ve been working on a new thing. I’m not sure if it’s useful, but I’d love for you to try it, and tell me.
First off though — I’m not a formal meditation teacher. I don’t come from a meditative tradition. I offer these with deep humility and gratitude to the Buddhist and Hindu traditions that birthed them, and the people who influenced me, especially Cara Lai, Valarie Kaur, Sharon Salzberg, and Oren Jay Sofer.
Guided meditations have been instrumental in helping me slow down and hear my voice. If they can help someone else — fantastic. I welcome your feedback, either way.
