We're hiring!
We have news!
After many years, two beloved behind-the-scenes Fireflies will be moving on to new horizons on January 1st — our office manager Bree is pivoting her attention to her professional organizing business Well Placed, and our Hello Writer manager Emma is refocusing on her new adventures in Australia.
We’re preparing for sad goodbyes while starting the search for the just-right person who, along with the wonderful Lesley, will to keep all the wheels and cogs at Firefly humming along.
To do this, we’ve created a new position called “Client Care Coordinator.” It has a strong focus on meeting the administrative needs of our community, but also involves many of the organizational bits and pieces that make us tick.
Change is hard, especially when relationships are this strong, but we’re excited to see how Emma and Bree spread their magic into the world next, and we’re joyfully opening our hearts to our new team member.
We’d love your help in getting the word out! Our community is the best at connecting us with the right people. All hearts and minds on board! This search is epic.
Who in your life should know about this?
When you think, “tremendously organized, devoted to kindness, and looking for work right now,” does anyone come up?

Thanks for helping us spread the word, Firefly-style.
