Introducing Heather, who keeps our clients set up with everything they need.
Heather spent the first 20+ years of her professional life managing a bustling midwifery clinic. She has also worked as a holistic practitioner, community herbalist, and a queer & trans centered yoga instructor.
Outside of her current work with Firefly, she finds joy writing & drawing graphic memoir, and getting out into the elements with her dog Violet. Dedicated to learning and resource building, she is often dreaming up accessible ways to share gentle movement and wellbeing practices in community.
A perfect Saturday would include a morning stretch and putter in the garden, a mid-day walk with her daughter and pup by the lake, and an afternoon with a good book in the hammock.
