Workshop Healthcare Protocol

Our healthcare harm-reduction protocol for Firefly workshops in 2026.

Here’s how we’re inviting all participants into care for each other and our healthcare system:

• Masks will be optional but warmly invited, unless anyone signing up for the class indicates that they require a fully masked space in order to participate, then the group will be asked to mask. We’ll ask this question on registration forms, and keep everyone up to date.

• If you have symptoms of a contagious illness before any session, we’ll ask you to stay home for that session.

• If you contract COVID-19, we require that you do not attend the workshop unless you’re asymptomatic and it's been at least 10 days since the onset of your symptoms or your first positive test.

Our facilitators will be following the same guidelines, and we’ll either bring in a backup facilitator or reschedule if needed.
